U8 REDS | MATCH CENTRE

 Our U8 Reds are managed by UEFA C qualified manager Matt Rhodes, supported by assistant coach Jamie. Together we are committed to creating a positive, enjoyable and challenging environment where every player can develop both on and off the pitch.

Our coaching philosophy is centered around long-term player development. We encourage our players to be brave, creative and confident in possession, while learning the importance of teamwork, respect and resilience. Winning is always celebrated, but never at the expense of learning, enjoyment or giving every child the opportunity to grow.

The squad is made up of a fantastic group of hardworking, enthusiastic boys who love representing Burnham Ramblers. After an exciting first season together, which included multiple tournaments, the team now steps up to U8 football ready for new challenges, new experiences and another season of development.
