Our newly formed under 23's team for the 26/27  season compete in the Essex Olympian Football League.

This squad plays an important role in the development pathway at the club, providing young players with the opportunity to develop their skills, gain valuable senior football experience, and prepare for the step up to First Team football.

Managed by Tony Hudson, with Tom Howard and James Mclauchlan supporting as coaches, the Under-23s focus on player development, teamwork, discipline, and creating a positive environment in which players can grow both on and off the pitch.

The team provides a vital link between the club’s youth setup and senior football, giving players the opportunity to test themselves in a competitive environment while continuing to develop their understanding of the game.

With a strong emphasis on progression, the Under-23s work closely with the wider club to identify and develop players capable of making the transition into the Men's First Team when they are ready.

The aim is to create a clear and sustainable pathway for young players at Burnham Ramblers, ensuring that talent developed within the club has the opportunity to progress through the age groups and ultimately represent the First Team.

Together, the Under-23s and First Team form an important part of the club's long-term vision, developing homegrown talent, providing opportunities for ambitious players, and building a strong future for Burnham Ramblers.
