The Burnham Ramblers Reserves team is embarking on a new chapter under the leadership of Paul Fairey, who has taken over the reins following the unexpected departure of the previous manager. With just a handful of training sessions under their belts before the start of the Olympian League Division 2 season, the team is working tirelessly to react to the challenges ahead.
Fairey, under the guidance of Paul Hamilton Head of Football, has been tasked with rebuilding the reserves team from the ground up. He has assembled a talented group of players who are eager to make their mark on the local football scene. Despite the short turnaround time, Fairey is confident that his team can compete at a high level and achieve success in their new division.
The reserves team's training sessions have been intense and focused, with a particular emphasis on improving fitness,tactical awareness, and team cohesion. Fairey is determined to create a positive and supportive environment where players can develop their skills and reach their full potential.
